Analytics
Turn model output into insight and action
EcoInject makes the backend model meaningful for operators. The analytics dashboard highlights risk, waste, and opportunity across wells so field teams can act with confidence.
This page focuses on the front-end view: what the analytics show, how AI insights are generated, and why that clarity matters in the field.
Model outputs
Each well record includes an optimized methanol injection rate, a predicted hydrate dissociation temperature, and a categorical risk rating. These values are generated by the same ML surrogate model trained to replace slow traditional simulation workflows.
- Recommended methanol rate
- Predicted hydrate dissociation temperature
- Hydrate risk classification
Why analytics matter
Operators need more than a single number. The dashboard makes it easy to compare wells, identify high-risk conditions, and validate that injection rates are safe and efficient. It can also surface live SCADA metrics like tank levels and flow assurance status alongside model recommendations.

The EcoInject platform
See it in action
The platform gives operators a single view of every well — recommended injection rates, hydrate risk scores, historical trends, and AI-generated insights that flag what needs attention and why.

AI insights
Auto-generated summaries for every well
EcoInject turns model output into plain-language insights, highlighting wells that are under-protected, over-injecting, or drifting into risk conditions — so your team knows exactly where to focus.
This well ran on just two flat injection rates all year — 0.627 bbl/day through April, then stepped down to 0.127 bbl/day in May with no further adjustment. The set-it-and-forget-it approach left the well under-protected for 83 days with near-continuous hydrate risk during cold weather, then over-injected by up to 60× in summer.
Dynamic daily dosing would have eliminated the risk days and recovered approximately 33.5 bbl of methanol — roughly $13,400 in recoverable spend from a single well.
How it fits
From predictor output to operator insight
The analytics page is designed to bridge the gap between model predictions and real operations. It gives field teams an easy way to review well status, check risk levels, and make decisions with confidence.
